Dr. Shiksha is a lifelong learner and interdisciplinary researcher whose career trajectory reflects a remarkable evolution from Electrical & Electronics Engineering (B.E., Manipal Institute of Technology) through Nanoelectronics (M.Sc., University of Southampton, UK), software development (TCS and Capgemini, Bengaluru), Data Science (Diploma, IIIT Bengaluru; M.Sc., University of Liverpool, UK), and ultimately to Artificial Intelligence, where she completed her PhD in AI in Healthcare from the University of Liverpool, UK in December 2025.
Her insatiable curiosity and commitment to continuous reskilling have driven her to explore emerging technologies at every stage, with each transition deepening her expertise and research interests. Now serving as an Assistant Professor at CMR Institute of Technology, Bengaluru, Dr. Shiksha continues her academic research journey, contributing to the field through numerous publications in journals, conferences, and books while helping others gain knowledge in AI and Data Science. Her unique blend of engineering fundamentals, industry experience, and advanced research credentials positions her as both a scholar and mentor dedicated to advancing knowledge in artificial intelligence and its real-world applications.
